After months of saving, hours of looking, and much debating, The Hubs and I finally found a desk we both liked for the basement. Yes, it is a bit of a monster (it came in about 500,000 pieces and took us 4 hours to put together!) but I love that it has a table that I can use for scrapbooking and that Monkey can use for homework some day...
Plus we had to take the basement back from the cats one day, it's been two years since we've moved in and I think they were beginning to think that basement was all theirs...they'd get all huffy when we'd come down to do laundry like "Could you have at least called before just showing up around here??"
