Monkey's eye yuckiness had spread to his other eye by morning so needless to say we weren't able to do family pictures. He spent most of the day toddling around with his eyes closed or watering, poor kid! Luckily it was a good day for snuggling up with all things snuggly, including his daddy :).
I have been super paranoid about not laying Monkey down with anything (nurses see and hear a lot of one in a million stories, it makes us paranoid parents!), but have finally been giving him a lovey at night and his blanket during nap times. I want to be cautious but I don't want to be one of those parents wrapping their kids in bubble wrap before sending them out into the world either :).
