To liven up meal times we've been experimenting with spoons and bowls...which basically means Monkey gets to eat with no shirt on and I get to mop a little more than usual (and find piece of food stuck to things within a 20 foot radius). As you can see, we haven't quite mastered the bowl. My inlaws came up to watch Monkey while The Hubs and I did some of his Christmas shopping. I love being a mom, but it is amazing when you go out, just the two of you, and appreciate the little things you used to take for granted when you were dating. Plus all that hand holding and time to talk revitalizes the little crush I have on the Hubs :).
