And we are off to Indy! Most of our day was devoted to driving and Monkey did infinitely better than I thought he would. We borrowed my in laws car which had a something special for all of us: a DVD player for Monkey and heated back and seat cushions for us, oh it was heaven :)! Monkey watched a DVD for about 40 minutes and then slept most of the way to Indy. The Hubs and I love road trips and spent most of the time talking and letting each other catch a nap here and there. We surprised my family by getting in early, about 4 a.m. It was so good to see everyone and really good to get some sleep :).
