Merry Christmas!
We got up early and headed over to my brother and sister in laws for my nieces first "Understanding Christmas." We got video of her coming down the stairs with her mom and realizing that Santa came, it really does reignite for Christmas spirit to see it through the eyes of a child :).
Afterwards we headed back to my parents house to open some more gifts and stockings. Every year for as along as I can remember, my dad would wait until all the gifts were open and everything was cleaned up and then he's ask us, "Did you have a good Christmas? Did you get everything you wanted?" Of course we'd say yes, and then he'd spring one more specially selected by Dad present on us. The tradition continues with another generation and I love it :):
And of couse, we had one heck of a Christmas dinner :)

Looks like you guys had a great Christmas! Yes, let's definitely get together and compare notes! I'm already pretty busy the rest of the week, next week would work great though. What nights do you work?
