A few entries ago I mentioned a blog I'm reading by Matt Logelin, a pretty amazing guy who lost his wife Liz the day after his daughter Madeline was born. He helped start the Liz Logelin Foundation, which helps raise money for families who have lost a parent. We are participating in "$7 on the 7th," a small way to contribute money to a really great cause. I don't know how I would cope with the loss of a spouse as I try to raise a child, I am so glad that out of the sadness of Matt and Liz's story comes something amazing.
