Matt and Madeline Logelin
Matt lost his wife Liz and Madeline lost her mommy the day after Madeline was born. Matt first started the blog while Liz was on bedrest and has continued it, telling about his life as a single father. It will break your heart one minute and having you laugh out loud the next. I am amazed at how open Matt is with his grief and memories, you really feel like you know Liz just from what he shares. His photography is amazing and the pictures he took of his wife, some smiling at the camera, so many of her caught in the moment, just being herself, will be a treasure to Madeline one day. I sent my first fan letter at the age of 29 and Matt wrote me back the same day :). I encourage you to read it with a box of Kleenex at your side...
