So as I was digging through the archive, I came across this photo:

And I think it's safe to say that there is no doubt that The Hubs is Monkey's Baby Daddy:

This weekend when I came home after my first night of work, Monkey and Hubs were up and waiting for me. I came upstairs and before I could pick Monkey up, I had to go take a shower (being a nurse makes you a little paranoid about germs, especially depending on what patients you had the night before). Monkey was offended and voiced his anger the entire 2 minutes I was in the shower. When I finally got to him, I pick him up and he put his hands on either side of my face, studied me for a minute, and then gave me a snuggly (laid his head on my shoulder). It was hands down one of the most amazing moments of my life. It's like he has gone from "Oh I know you, you take care of me..." to "Oh you're my mommy and I missed you!"
